Baked pork in a sleeve in the oven

STEP 1

How to make boiled pork in a sleeve in the oven? Prepare your food. Take the pork neck, it contains layers of fat, due to which the boiled pork will turn out juicy.
STEP 2

Prepare the marinade. How to make a marinade? Add salt, pepper and bay leaves into a deep bowl.
STEP 3

Boil water and pour in the spices. Let the marinade cool completely.
STEP 4

Place a whole piece of pork neck into the marinade. The marinade should completely cover it. Consider this when choosing a bowl. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate overnight.
STEP 5

The next day, remove the meat from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
STEP 6

Peel the garlic and cut into slices.
STEP 7

Stuff the meat with garlic - use a sharp thin knife to make punctures all over the piece and insert cloves of garlic into them.
STEP 8

Sprinkle the meat with salt and spices. Use spices according to your taste.
STEP 9

Place the meat in a roasting bag. Add the bay leaves from the marinade to the bag. I didn’t tie the ends of the sleeves as usual, but simply folded them down. Pierce the sleeve in several places using a toothpick. In addition to the sleeve, the boiled pork can be baked in foil.
STEP 10

Remove the finished meat from the oven and release it from the sleeve. Be careful not to get burned by the steam. Serve the meat with cranberry or lingonberry sauce. Bon appetit!
