    Boil water and pour in the spices. Let the marinade cool completely.

    Place a whole piece of pork neck into the marinade. The marinade should completely cover it. Consider this when choosing a bowl. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate overnight.

I was looking for a recipe for pork in the oven and found a great option. I haven’t cooked boiled pork in a sleeve in the oven yet, so I decided to try it. Interestingly, the meat is first soaked in brine. It turns out it's even better than just adding salt on top. The whole piece of meat was soaked in salty brine and even the inside was not fresh! I'll take note of this method. I planned to use this piece of pork for sandwiches instead of sausage. Therefore, before baking, I tied the meat with twine. You need to tie it tightly, because the meat noticeably decreases in size during the baking process. I ran out of sleeves, so I wrapped the pork in two layers of foil. Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes, checking doneness with a sharp knife. This meat is very good both cold and hot! And the taste will depend on the spices. For example, I coated pork with curry, turmeric, coriander and rosemary. I mixed everything with a drop of vegetable oil to bind it together. My boiled pork turned out to be incredibly aromatic and spicy. I recommend!
