STEP 1

How to make pike perch with vegetables in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For cooking, use pike perch fillet. Remove the fish from the freezer in advance and leave it at room temperature to defrost. Use paper towels to soak up any excess moisture from the fish.
STEP 2

Cut the fish into portions. Heat the frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Fry the fish pieces on both sides over high heat. Sprinkle salt and fish spices to taste. There is no need to fry until done.
STEP 3

Any heat-resistant form is suitable for baking. Place the fried fish in the prepared pan. It is not necessary to grease the pan with oil, since the fried fish is already in oil.

Peel the onions and carrots and rinse. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and chop the onion. Fry the vegetables over low heat for 1-2 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes and bell peppers into small pieces.

Add bell peppers and tomatoes to the pan and stir. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes. Salt the vegetables a little.
