My baked pike perch turned out beautiful and bright. When I coated the fish with sour cream, I decided that it would be nice to prepare a side dish at the same time. I chopped potatoes, tomatoes and eggplant, mixed them with spices and vegetable oil, then placed them around the pike perch. The fish ended up being very tasty, juicy and tender. Thanks to sour cream, a golden crust was formed. The spices and lemon juice added a fresh and spicy flavor. Great recipe!
