But I didn’t have ketchup, and for this reason, your recipe encouraged me to make ketchup myself and my wings turned out at the highest level, with homemade ketchup. I just took the wings, didn’t cut anything off, put them in a bowl, added all the spices that were available: salt, pepper, smoked paprika, all kinds of dried herbs, powdered garlic, suneli hops. I mixed it and forgot for 3 hours. Placed on parchment and in the oven for 20 minutes. I added mayonnaise to the resulting juice. I greased the wings and baked them for another 10 minutes. It turned out incredibly delicious.
