STEP 1
How to bake apples with honey in the oven? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. The amount of dried fruits can be reduced or increased if desired, or replaced with fresh fruits or berries. You can also take any nuts you want. It is better to take sweet and sour varieties of apples. Turn on the oven at 180C in advance. Wash the apples, wipe dry, make a deep indentation on the side of the stalk, but do not pierce the apple through.

Rinse dried fruits thoroughly under running water. Pour boiling water over them and leave for 15 minutes until they become soft and swell a little. After this, drain the water. Cut large dried fruits into small pieces.

It’s okay if the honey is already candied; when baked in the oven, it will melt and thoroughly soak the pulp of the filled apples. Some people believe that when honey is heated, it loses its beneficial properties. To be sure that the dessert will be healthy, you can pour fresh liquid honey over the apples before serving.
STEP 6
Carefully place the filled apples in a refractory dish and place them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The exact time depends on the power of the oven and the size of the apples. If the apples begin to crack, they need to be removed from the oven so that they do not lose their presentable appearance.
