    Add two yolks. Mix everything and knead the dough quickly. Check the consistency - you may need more flour than indicated.

    Roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    In the meantime, let's make the filling. Remove the peel and core from the apples. Cut into slices. Sprinkle the apple pieces with lemon juice to prevent them from darkening.

    Turn on the oven to preheat at 200 degrees. Roll out the dough 5 cm larger than the diameter of the mold.

    Transfer the dough into the mold, pressing the sides well. Then use a rolling pin to go over the top of the mold, the dough will be cut well. We remove the rest.

    Arrange the apple slices beautifully in the mold.

    Melt the butter and pour it over the apples. Then sprinkle everything with sugar. If you want, you can also sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Place in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. Be guided by your ovens. The dough and apples should be browned.

I made apple tart today using apples. I kneaded the dough, but instead of two yolks I took one whole egg. In addition to apples, I added a hard pear to the filling, as I thought there weren’t enough apples. The result is a delicious shortbread pie with a juicy filling! Very tasty! It’s easy to do, and I’m very pleased with the result. Try it!
