Apple tart

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Let's prepare the products.
STEP 2

Sift the flour into a bowl and grate the cooled butter. Rub lightly with your fingers.
STEP 3

Add vanilla and simple sugar.
STEP 4

Rub it into crumbs with your fingers. Just be careful not to overdo it so the butter doesn't melt.
STEP 5

Add two yolks. Mix everything and knead the dough quickly. Check the consistency - you may need more flour than indicated.
STEP 6

Roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
STEP 7

In the meantime, let's make the filling. Remove the peel and core from the apples. Cut into slices. Sprinkle the apple pieces with lemon juice to prevent them from darkening.
STEP 8

Turn on the oven to preheat at 200 degrees. Roll out the dough 5 cm larger than the diameter of the mold.
STEP 9

Transfer the dough into the mold, pressing the sides well. Then use a rolling pin to go over the top of the mold, the dough will be cut well. We remove the rest.
STEP 10

Arrange the apple slices beautifully in the mold.
STEP 11

Melt the butter and pour it over the apples. Then sprinkle everything with sugar. If you want, you can also sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Place in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. Be guided by your ovens. The dough and apples should be browned.
STEP 12

This is what the finished apple tart looks like.
STEP 13

Cool slightly and place on a plate.
STEP 14

We brew aromatic tea and treat everyone to a delicious and tender apple tart. It's delicious served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Bon appetit!
