Apple pie Charlotte with raisins

STEP 1

This pie is easy to prepare. And most importantly - everything is very simple, fast, and very tasty! In this recipe, the number of apples is not important, the weight can vary 500-700 grams. You need to melt the butter. Add cinnamon and candied fruits or raisins as desired. I also really love adding nutmeg to these baked goods.
STEP 2

I peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. This is the number of apples.
STEP 3

Beat eggs with sugar until white. Then I add melted butter there. I'm whipping it up. Followed by cinnamon, salt, vanillin, candied fruits, apples. I mix everything well.
STEP 4

You need to add enough flour so that there is no liquid. So that all the apples are “wrapped” in dough.
STEP 5

I add sifted flour gradually. This is the dough I got.
STEP 6

I grease the pan in which I will bake it with butter and sprinkle semolina on top.
STEP 7

For a golden and crispy crust, I sprinkle sugar on top. Preferably, of course, brown, but I don’t have it :)
STEP 8

And I put it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees, bake until done. It’s better to use your oven as a guide. It took me a little less than an hour.
STEP 9

I let the pie cool and take out their molds. The resulting pie is very rosy, beautiful, aromatic and sleepy.
STEP 10

I transfer it to the form on which I will submit it.
STEP 11

If desired, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
STEP 12
