Apple and pear jam with plums and peaches
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

We prepare the necessary products for making delicious fruit jam.
STEP 2

Remove the cores from the apples prepared for the recipe.
STEP 3

Peel the amount of apples required for the recipe.
STEP 4

We cut the peeled apples, which turned out to be exactly one kilogram, into arbitrary pieces and put them in a deep bowl.
STEP 5

Place one kilogram of sliced apples in a large enamel bowl, then add half a kilogram of pitted plums.
STEP 6

Place one kilogram of peeled and cut into pieces into a bowl, then half a kilogram of pears, also peeled and cut into pieces.
STEP 7

Pour one and a half kilograms of sugar into a bowl of fruit.
STEP 8

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and let them stand for five to six hours until the sugar is completely dissolved and syrup is formed.
STEP 9

Place the bowl of fruit on the stove and cook for fifteen minutes over medium heat, remembering to stir so that the fruit does not burn.
STEP 10

Switching the stove to low heat, we continue to cook the fruit, remembering to stir occasionally, for forty-five minutes.
STEP 11

Add one teaspoon of citric acid to the bowl of fruit five minutes before the jam is completely ready.
STEP 12

Mix all the ingredients well and continue cooking the jam for another five minutes.
STEP 13

Place the hot jam into pre-sterilized jars.
STEP 14

We do not cover the jars with jam to form a protective film and let it cool completely.
STEP 15

After cooling, tightly close the jars with jam with lids and put them away for further storage in a suitable place. Let's cook together, cook simply, prepare at home the most delicious dishes from available products using our recipes! Bon appetit and soulful tea party!
