Airy pie stuffed with apples

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Let's prepare the products. The flour needs to be sifted. Turn on the oven at 190 degrees to warm up.
STEP 2

Beat 2 eggs into a bowl and add sugar. Beat everything well, no need for a mixer.
STEP 3

Melt the butter in the microwave and add to the dough. Also add sour cream and mix everything well.
STEP 4

Now we extinguish the soda with vinegar and add it to the dough. Mix.
STEP 5

Add the sifted flour and start kneading the dough. See the amount of flour for yourself. The consistency of the dough should be like dumplings.
STEP 6

Let the well-kneaded dough rest, and we will start filling.
STEP 7

For the filling, peel the apples and cut into slices.
STEP 8

Take a baking sheet and grease it with vegetable oil. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out one part into a layer. I have a mold of 20*30 cm. Place a layer of dough in the mold and press it well against the walls.
STEP 9

Place apples on top and sprinkle with 2-3 tbsp. l. Sahara. If you like cinnamon, sprinkle a little on top. My family doesn't really like it, so I don't use it.
STEP 10

We also roll out the second part of the dough into a layer and cover the apples. We pinch all sides well. The pie should be tightly closed.
STEP 11

Beat one egg with a fork and grease our pie. Then use a fork to prick the entire surface of the pie well. This is so that it does not inflate during the baking process)) Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven for about an hour. Why approximately? Because everyone’s oven bakes differently, use your assistants as a guide) An hour was enough for me to bake. When the crust has become very golden brown and the taste of the pie has spread throughout the house, it’s time to take it out))
STEP 12

It is advisable to remove the finished pie from the mold and immediately cover it with a towel for 20-30 minutes so that it “moves away,” so to speak. If you can’t remove it while it’s hot, that’s okay—cover it directly on the baking sheet.
STEP 13

Once the pie is ready and slightly cooled, we cut it into portions and invite everyone to drink tea)) It turns out to be quite large - enough for a large company)) We love it with milk!
STEP 14

Bon appetit!
