STEP 1
How to make airy cheesecakes in the oven? Wash the eggs and beat them into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt. Using a fork, lightly beat the eggs until light bubbles form.

Cottage cheese is suitable for any fat content; the tastiest cheesecakes are made from homemade fatty cottage cheese. Just keep in mind that such cheesecakes will be higher in calories. Choose high-quality cottage cheese, without vegetable fats. Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Stir the curd dough until smooth.
STEP 3
The next step is to sift two-thirds of the flour into a bowl. The rest will be left for the final breading of the cheesecakes.
STEP 4
Mix all ingredients thoroughly again.
STEP 5
With wet hands, form small, neat cheesecakes and roll them in flour on all sides. Place them on a baking sheet lined with a non-stick baking sheet. Bake the cheesecakes for forty minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown. Twenty minutes from the start of cooking, turn the cheesecakes over to the other side. Serve the finished cheesecakes with sour cream, jam or condensed milk. Bon appetit!
