Fried rice is a popular element of many oriental dishes. To prepare a wonderful dish, pre-cooked, cooled and steeped rice (ideally yesterday's rice) is suitable. Only this kind of rice will not turn into porridge in a hot wok and will combine perfectly with other ingredients. For this dish, you need young zucchini with tender skin. If the season of young zucchini is over, then the grown zucchini need to be peeled and seeds removed.
Interesting recipe: 1. Boil the rice in advance until tender, dry it, transfer it to a convenient gastronorm container and place it in the refrigerator. 2. Cut the carrots into thin strips, mushrooms - as desired. Grind the chili.3. Cut the zucchini into small neat cubes, finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel fresh ginger root and finely grate.4.
