Thank you very much for the recipe, I’ve never come across vegetarian paella before! It seemed like I had prepared a lot, but the family members ate it all up without leaving a trace. :) Very tasty! In general, paella is my hobby, you might say. :) Last year we lived in Valencia for a couple of months and I tried a lot of variations of this dish. There was almost no one that could be called a failure.

Thank you very much for the recipe!! I've never added turmeric to paella. You should definitely try it. In my version, I only add bell peppers and peas. I fry the rice and then add it. some wine. At the very end I add seafood (shrimp, mussels, rapana). Bon Appetit everyone.
