I like this seafood cocktail with rice because all the ingredients for it can be replaced. You can take some shrimp or squid, or you can take completely different vegetables. Frozen mixed vegetables go very well here. It’s like you’re preparing a new dish every time. Or you can omit the vegetables altogether, as I did. It turned out delicious too! Thanks for the recipe!
