Cooking rice this way was a real discovery for me. Now, during the vegetable season, I cook rice with tomatoes this way and very often. Very relevant during Lent and for vegetarians - an absolutely satisfying dish!

I have never come across a rice recipe like this before. I don't really like rice. But I'll try this recipe. I think you can eat it during a diet))). Especially those on a rice diet. Otherwise it’s just boring to eat rice.)))

I really like rice with vegetables. This dish is easy to prepare. And it turns out very tasty. But I would like to remove the skin from the tomato, since during heat treatment it lags behind and can ruin the dish. Wonderful recipe.
