Trying to cook the new unknown and the old tastiest is a healthy hobby for every housewife. There are many ways to prepare “blue” ones. Freezing has never been more popular. They are frozen whole (without the stalk), cubes, strips, slices, raw and baked in the oven. This wonderful fruit is dried like mushrooms. Then, when necessary, it is soaked in water (it swells almost to its original size) or ground into powder and added as a spice. It is believed that dried vegetables and fruits provide the maximum amount of energy, strength and benefits (this is when it is not possible to eat them fresh). Eggplant caviar is a classic homemade recipe. It is prepared with zucchini, tomatoes, bell and hot peppers, herbs and spices. There are many recipes - fried, stewed, baked. Rolling salads are quick holiday snacks. Oil and vinegar work as a preservative. They come with all types of vegetables. Delicious pickled and salted eggplants are prepared for the winter in tubs or large bottles with a wide neck. The former are boiled and poured with marinade, the latter are treated with salt or brine in their raw form.
