Eggplants for the winter with bell peppers and garlic - first of all, I will note the simplicity of preparing this preparation. A minimum of ingredients allows you to quickly prepare vegetables, and the fact that they combine perfectly and complement each other guarantees an excellent result. I prepared it according to the recipe, but after frying the eggplant, I also decided to lightly fry the bell pepper in the same pan (I think this will reveal its aroma better). I also add fresh onions and greens to these eggplants; when they’re ready, it’s absolutely delicious. By the way, you can add other vegetables to eggplants, for example, carrots and turnips. That won't hurt either.
