Wash the eggplants and cut off the stem. Cut into pieces, choose the size yourself, whichever you like best, but not too large.

Peel the garlic and pass through a press or chop with a knife.

Rinse and sterilize the jars, I do this in the microwave. Pour about 1 cm of water and set it to maximum power for 10 minutes, then remove and drain the liquid. Place eggplants in jars and pour hot marinade over them.
STEP 9
Add a spoonful of hot, odorless vegetable oil to each jar.
STEP 10
Roll up the jars with sterile lids, turn them over and wrap them in something warm; when the jars have cooled, put them in a cool place for storage. Have delicious preparations!
