I saw on the website a recipe for salted eggplants with garlic for the winter. They look so delicious that I wanted to make them. I had never made such a preparation, so I prepared a little to try. I took one eggplant weighing 280 grams. According to the calculator, it made about three servings. I took a little more garlic (3 cloves instead of 1.5). I didn't add any greens. I did everything according to the recipe. My eggplants fit in a 200-gram jar. I did not sterilize it thoroughly, since I did not plan to store the workpiece. In the morning I made eggplants, and in the evening we took a sample. It turned out wonderful! I liked the piquancy of the preparation. The eggplants are moderately spicy, I would even say pleasantly spicy, not hot. The salinity also turned out great. In general, the eggplants were eaten in one go.
