I still had half a zucchini weighing about 500 grams. I decided to stew it in sour cream according to this recipe. I cut the zucchini into medium pieces about 2 cm thick with a cutting knife. I only took one onion. I used thick sour cream, 20 percent, so I didn’t add starch. I used dill from the greens. Preparing zucchini stewed in sour cream in a slow cooker is very simple. Dirty dishes are kept to a minimum, and this is a huge plus. The zucchini turned out very tasty, tender, soft, but at the same time crispy. Thank you very much for the recipe!

Zucchini in sour cream - yummy! I’ve never added starch to them...what does it do?

if the sour cream is liquid, it makes the sauce thicker but does not affect the taste

It's clear! I use thick, homemade sour cream, so I don’t need starch!
