Zucchini soup without potatoes with chicken

We prepare the necessary products and spices to prepare a delicious summer soup with zucchini and chicken.
STEP 2

Pour two liters of water into a saucepan and place it on the stove, after which we put four chicken drumsticks cut into pieces, one quarter of an onion and cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
STEP 3

Skim the resulting foam from the broth boiling in the pan.
STEP 4

Cover the pan with a lid and continue cooking the soup broth for ten minutes.
STEP 5

Using a curly knife, cut one carrot into small pieces.
STEP 6

Place the chopped carrots in the pan and stir, continue the cooking process for ten minutes.
STEP 7

Using a curly knife, cut one medium zucchini into small cubes.
STEP 8

Place the boiled onion from the pan with the broth.
STEP 9

Add the diced zucchini to the pan, then mix all the ingredients and cover it with a lid and continue cooking the soup.
STEP 10

Cut one tomato into thin slices.
STEP 11

Cut the stems from the beet leaves into arbitrary cubes.
STEP 12

Place the chopped beet stalks and tomatoes into the pan and, after mixing all the ingredients, continue cooking the soup, covering the pan with a lid.

Chop the beet leaves randomly, but not very finely.
STEP 14

Very finely chop the dill and celery to taste.
STEP 15

Finely chop two cloves of garlic.
STEP 16

Add spices and a mixture of red and black peppers to the pan to taste.
STEP 17

Pour salt into the pan to taste.
STEP 18

Place all the chopped herbs and garlic into the pan.
STEP 19

Mix all the ingredients well in the pan.
STEP 20

Close the pan with a lid and turn off the stove, after which we give the prepared soup a little time to brew.
