Marinated zucchini slices are a great addition to potato dishes for dinner. My husband thinks so and I agree with him. Moreover, this dish can be prepared in a matter of minutes. The longest way to cut the zucchini into slices, I did it with a vegetable peeler, it’s very convenient. The dressing was made using unrefined mustard oil; we like it for its delicious aroma. Instead of wine vinegar, use apple cider vinegar, everything else is according to the recipe. I poured the sauce over the zucchini and sprinkled a mixture of allspice from the mill on top. The dish was infused for 15 minutes. The zucchini tastes spicy, slightly islandy, and has a pleasant crunch. We liked the appetizer. Great as a quick snack!

I haven’t marinated them yet) I cut them into long strips with a vegetable peeler and left the peel on too. I used more garlic for the marinade. I used regular sunflower oil. I marinated the slices overnight in the refrigerator. I tried it in the morning, added salt and left it until dinner. During this time, the zucchini became softer, although they retained their crispness. The taste of the plates is spicy, sharp, with a pleasant sourness. A good option for meat and potatoes.
