STEP 1
Wash the zucchini, cut off the stem and tip. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.

Meanwhile, cut the cheese and ham into small cubes.

Now you need to squeeze the water from the zucchini. I do this through a sieve.

Add 2 eggs to the zucchini and mix.

Add cheese, ham and chopped herbs and squeezed garlic to the bowl with the zucchini.

Add flour and pepper to taste. Let's mix everything.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Spoon the dough and fry on both sides until golden brown, 1.5 minutes each.
