During the season of young zucchini, I want to cook more different dishes from them. This time we have zucchini in batter with cheese in a frying pan for dinner. I decided to add a little salt to the circles, and so that the juice would not prevent the batter from sticking, I blotted them with a paper towel. You can also roll it in flour. I took the author’s advice into account and kneaded the batter thicker. I added paprika, dried dill and garlic to it. It was the fresh garlic that gave such an appetizing aroma and taste to the batter. I tried to dip the zucchini so that there was a lot of cheese on it. After all, when fried, you get such a golden-brown cheese crust! These zucchini are delicious while the batter is still hot and crispy!
