STEP 1

Cut the zucchini into slices. Take a frying pan, pour oil and sprinkle salt, heat it up.
STEP 2

Fry until golden brown on both sides. Salt only one side!!!! Enough salt for both!
STEP 3

Place the zucchini slices, fried on both sides, in any convenient bowl, preferably with a lid, so that the warm zucchini can wait for its eaters.
STEP 4

Sprinkle dill and garlic
STEP 5

Add the next layer of fried zucchini and also dill and garlic until all the circles are gone.
STEP 6

Fried zucchini is our family's favorite summer dish. Young zucchini always turns out very tender and juicy. I usually dip the sliced circles in flour, fry them, and serve them with mayonnaise sauce, into which I squeeze a couple of cloves of garlic. I think that according to your recipe, the zucchini should turn out very tasty, with a wonderful aroma of dill and garlic! I'll definitely try to cook it!

Yummy!!! The whole family loves zucchini. I also serve it with sauce, but instead of mayonnaise I use sour cream.
