Peel and cut the onion into cubes

Peel and grate carrots
STEP 4

Fry the onion for 3 minutes

Add carrots and fry the same amount

Add minced meat and fry for about 10-15 minutes

Slice and peel the zucchini (if the skin is hard)
STEP 8

Using a teaspoon, cut out the pulp from each part, but do not cut through to the very bottom. It turns out to be a glass like this.

Add half of the removed zucchini pulp, finely chopped, to the minced meat. Add tomato paste and sour cream there (leave 1 tbsp). Salt and pepper.

Simmer for a couple of minutes
STEP 11

Place the “cups” in a mold or on a baking sheet. Fill each with a small heap of minced meat.
STEP 12

Grease with the remaining sour cream and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Cook for 30-50 minutes (depending on the desired softness of the zucchini).
