How to make zucchini pancakes with cheese and garlic? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. I have a young zucchini, weighing only 500 grams.

Wash the zucchini and cut off the tails on both sides. You can peel it. Grate the zucchini using a coarse grater into a large bowl. If juice appears, it must be drained.

Next, grate the hard cheese into the bowl. Add the egg.
STEP 4

Add a little salt and spices to taste. As spices, you can use a mixture of ground peppers and a little paprika. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
STEP 5

Add garlic, passed through a press, to the zucchini. Add some flour to the bowl. Depending on the juiciness of the zucchini, you may need a little more or less flour.
STEP 6

Mix all ingredients well. The consistency of the zucchini mass is neither liquid nor thick.
STEP 7

Heat a frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Spoon a little zucchini dough and fry the pancakes over low heat on both sides.
STEP 8

The pancakes turn out to be an appetizing golden color. Zucchini cooks very quickly.
STEP 9

Place the finished zucchini pancakes on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Top the pancakes with sour cream and serve. They are very tasty both hot and cold. Bon appetit!
