Step-by-step preparation

Ingredients.

Finely chop the peeled onions and fry in vegetable oil until half cooked.
STEP 3

Cut the zucchini into small cubes and combine with the onion.

Fry the zucchini until soft. Salt. Cool a little.

Making the streusel dough. Combine flour, cold butter and finely grated cheese. Mix everything thoroughly.

Place the resulting streusel dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Grease a baking dish with oil and place the zucchini. Then sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
