STEP 1

Let's prepare all the ingredients. Since the zucchini cooks quickly, immediately turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees. To prepare this recipe, it is better to use young zucchini.
STEP 2

Wash the zucchini, dry it, cut off the ends on both sides and cut in half. Cut each half lengthwise into two parts and cut into another 3 or 4 parts, depending on the size. Place the zucchini sticks in a bowl, add salt and ground black pepper to your taste, you can use vegetable seasoning and leave for 15 minutes.
STEP 3

For now, let's do the breading. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, combine with breadcrumbs and mix well. Beat the eggs with a little salt using a fork or whisk. Bread the prepared zucchini.
STEP 4

To do this, first roll the zucchini in flour, then dip it in the egg, then in the cheese coating and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. This is how we bread all the zucchini. Place the baking sheet with the zucchini in the oven for 30 minutes until an appetizing cheese crust forms. This snack is delicious both hot and cold.
