There are such simple and successful recipes for quick pies that baking them is not difficult, and the ingredients for baking are so common that they can be found in everyone’s stash! The curdled milk pie is just like that, simple, everyday, but so airy and very tasty! Today we already baked it for the second time, because... Yesterday's one flew away instantly! The dough is kneaded very quickly. The main thing is to pour boiling water over the poppy seeds in advance (about 1 hour) and change the water a couple of times so that the bitterness comes out and it is saturated with moisture, due to which the taste will be more pronounced. We baked one and a half portions based on 1.5 cups of yogurt. I thank the creators of the site for such a convenient calculator for calculating the number of servings! The amount of sugar was reduced because... My family doesn't really like very sweet pastries. Butter was partially replaced with sunflower oil in a 1:1 ratio. The little one happily took part in preparing the dough. The son was sifting the flour, and the daughter was whisking the eggs and all the other ingredients with interest. We slightly changed the kneading sequence. Because When the eggs are thoroughly beaten with butter until they form an emulsion, this has a better effect on the taste of the finished baked goods. Then they added poppy seeds, sugar and yogurt, thrown into a sieve. Flour (300 g) was used 1:1 of the highest and first grade, sifted into a separate cup, added soda (1 tsp for one and a half servings) and mixed thoroughly. And then combined with liquid ingredients. The amount of flour used was exactly as indicated in the recipe. The dough turned out to be the consistency of sour cream, you can see in the photo that it is fluid. Placed in a mold with a diameter of 26 cm, lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20 minutes, then lower the temperature to 160 and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown crust. The cake rose well, the crumb was very airy, aromatic, moderately sweet. And poppy seeds in baking are not only very tasty, but also healthy. naniki, good pie! And the dough with soda will be good and tasty! Just excuse me if I correct it a little, the ratio of flour and soda is a little incorrect. Usually you need no more than 1/4 tsp for 1 cup of flour. soda, for 1 glass of yogurt, sour cream, kefir - 0.5 tsp. soda Here 0.5 tsp will be enough. soda and of course a cut measuring spoon and everything will be okay, feel free to cook!!!

Horror, don’t bake, just transfer the products! I put the dough made according to the recipe into the oven preheated to 180 - the result is an unbaked pancake, the crust of the top layer has separated and hardened and the inside is raw! Something is wrong with the recipe
