Today I made wonderful yeast pancakes with milk and raisins. In general, yeast pancakes, in my opinion, are the most delicious. And these ones also captivated me because they turned out ruddy, fluffy, airy, with a soft, porous crumb. Of all the ingredients needed to prepare the pancakes, the only one I didn’t have was vanilla sugar. I used the kind of yeast that is recommended for mixing with flour and other dry ingredients. Having combined them with flour, salt, sugar, mixed everything and poured warm milk with vegetable oil added to it. I kneaded the dough and it turned out thick. I always knead the dough in a pan with a transparent lid, it’s very convenient. The dough rises well in it. And the fermentation process is easy to follow. Closing the saucepan with the dough with a lid, placed it in a warm oven. The dough rose well there, doubling in size. After adding washed raisins to the dough and mixing everything with a spoon, she put the dough in a frying pan and fried until golden brown. It turned out great! Thank you very much!
