Yeast-free bread in a slow cooker without yeast

Pour all dry ingredients into a bowl.

Let's mix them.

Cut the soft butter here and grind everything into crumbs.

Add kefir (or yogurt) and knead the dough.

Add roasted seeds.

Finally knead the dough.

Lightly mix it with the flour using your hands.

You may need a little less or more flour, as it may have different properties. But don’t overfill the dough with flour - it won’t be as tasty and soft later. The dough should be soft and quite dense so that it can be easily formed into a bun.

Grease the multicooker bowl with oil.

Lay out the dough.

Bake on the Baking mode for 40 minutes. The times are approximate, please be guided by the operating characteristics of your equipment.

Turn over and bake in the same mode for about 20 minutes.

Remove and let cool.

Cut the completely cooled bread.
