Yeast cookies without filling

STEP 1

Prepare all products.
STEP 2

Heat the milk and put pressed yeast in it, grind with a spoon.
STEP 3

Add sugar and sour cream, stir until smooth. Leave the resulting mass for 10-12 minutes.
STEP 4

Whisk the egg and add to the dough, stir.
STEP 5

Add flour and mix well with a spoon.
STEP 6

The result is a thick dough that needs to be left in a warm room for 50 minutes.
STEP 7

The dough will double in size and you can use it to make cookies.
STEP 8

Divide the dough into 2 parts, as thin layers are needed.
STEP 9

Roll each ball into a layer 0.5 cm thick. Cut out circles using a glass. You can cut triangles or stars with special molds.
STEP 10

Place the circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Grease the surface of the cookies with sunflower oil and sprinkle sugar on top.
STEP 11

Yeast cookies should be baked in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
STEP 12

Remove the cookies with a spatula and place on a plate. Serve the baked goods warm with a hot drink to taste. Bon appetit!
