A very good recipe for yeast cookies in the oven. Economical, nothing superfluous, the cost per kilogram is 110-130 rubles. Easy to cook. So as not to bother with a glass or molds, I simply cut the layer with a knife. I cooked 120 pieces on two pallets at once. Well, the dough is not in milk, but in 50 ml of water. Everything in one cup, the whites were beaten separately. It turned out airy on the inside and crusty on the outside. Thanks for the recipe.
