Yakisoba
A delicious dish of buckwheat noodles with pork and vegetables. On the Internet, opinions on how to properly prepare yakisoba vary. Some write that you need to cook it from buckwheat noodles (soba), others say that you just need egg noodles and Yakisoba sauce, which consists of soy sauce, sugar, and wine. I didn’t bother too much looking for the truth, and cooked according to the recipe on the package of buckwheat noodles. I had never tried buckwheat noodles before, but I really liked its taste and the way it combined with all the other ingredients.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make yakisoba? Prepare the ingredients.
STEP 2

Cut the pork into long strips, garlic, pepper and carrots into strips.
STEP 3

Add soy sauce and garlic to the meat, stir.
STEP 4

Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
STEP 5

Boil the noodles in boiling salted water until tender.
STEP 6

Place the pork with the marinade in a frying pan and fry, stirring, for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 7

Add bell pepper and carrots. Simmer, stirring, for 10 minutes.
STEP 8

Drain the noodles in a colander and place in the pan with the meat and vegetables.
STEP 9

Sauce. Combine soy sauce and sugar, stir.
STEP 10

Pour in the sauce and stir.
STEP 11

Simmer, stirring, for 10 minutes.
