Today my daughters and I dressed up the Christmas tree and the mood became festive. I wanted something tasty. We decided to make a classic wood grouse’s nest salad with chicken. I didn't add ground pepper. I set the fillet and all the eggs to cook. Peeled the potatoes and cut them into thin strips. Don’t be upset if you don’t have a grater for Korean carrots; a knife can also be used to cut well. I set the potatoes to fry, do not cover with a lid, the potatoes should be fried. Peeled the cucumber and cut into strips. Cut the onion into cubes. I peeled the boiled chicken eggs, separated the yolk, and cut the white into cubes. The meat was cut into strips. I put all the ingredients except the yolk, quail eggs, green onions and most of the fried potatoes in a salad bowl, salted and seasoned with mayonnaise, and mixed everything well. Sprinkled chopped yolk on top. I placed potatoes on the yolk, sprinkled with finely chopped green onions in the middle and placed quail eggs on it. The salad turned out very tasty and not dry, thanks to the fact that the salad included cucumber. The design is original, it really looks like a nest. This salad will fit perfectly on any holiday table.
