A great idea for preparing a two-in-one dinner according to the recipe: turkey in the oven, baked whole in a sleeve. I rubbed the bird carcass inside and out with a mixture of Svan salt, sweet ground paprika, pressed garlic and sunflower oil. Stuffed with pre-boiled buckwheat mixed with pickled honey mushrooms and sautéed onions. The abdomen was secured with toothpicks and laced with thread. I calculate the approximate baking time for the bird based on the weight of the bird, per 1 kg of weight - 1 hour of baking at 200 degrees. The buckwheat minced meat was saturated with poultry juice and the aromas of spices, and the turkey became rosy, fried, with a crispy skin. It was a delicious lunch!
