STEP 1

How to bake whole pork in the oven? Very simple. If you wish, you can add your own ingredients and spices to taste, for example, ground coriander or a ready-made spice mixture for pork. You can use meat from any part of the carcass. The main thing is that it is boneless pulp. Ham, neck, carbonate, etc. are suitable. I have ham. You can replace olive oil with any vegetable oil to taste.

Wash and dry the meat.
STEP 3

In a bowl, mix paprika, hot pepper, suneli hops, dry garlic, ground black pepper and salt. Add olive oil to the spices and whisk everything thoroughly with a fork. Leave the mixture for 15-20 minutes for the marinade to thicken. You can omit adding hot pepper if you wish.
