Mmm...what a delicious dish I prepared according to Maria’s recipe: whole pork, baked in the oven. The meat according to this recipe turned out just super: tender, juicy, with the aroma of spices... amazing!!!! The only thing I changed was using fresh garlic instead of dry, which I cut into slices and stuffed into the meat with them. I mixed the spices with vegetable oil and rubbed the meat on all sides. I covered it with film and put it in the refrigerator to marinate overnight. The next day, I wrapped the meat in foil (several layers) and baked at 180° for 1.5 hours. The aroma was amazing, but there’s nothing to say about the taste: delicious....!!! Thank you very much for the wonderful recipe, which is now in my piggy bank!

I prepared a whole pork roast for dinner, baked in the oven. I took carbonate (1 kg) for the recipe. For the marinade I used olive oil, a ready-made mixture of spices for meat, a pinch of hot pepper and a couple of pinches of nutmeg. The meat was marinated for about 1.5 hours. I baked pork at 180 degrees for 1 hour under foil and 15 minutes without it. The meat turned out very aromatic and tasty. It baked perfectly, came out juicy and soft.
