White cabbage in batter with herbs

Despite this, I still insist that for the cauliflower dish in batter, it is best to find cauliflower and not any other one. Without it, it tastes a little differently, and it’s not quite the same dish. Everyone knows how to fry cauliflower in batter. But even without cauliflower, you can cook excellent food, no less tasty and healthy. The fact is that if you fry regular cabbage in batter, it will taste just as good as cauliflower. Moreover, the culinary recipe for this dish is no different.

    Choose a head of cabbage with dense leaves. We cut it in half and carefully separate it into leaves, trimming them at the stalk.

    In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with a small amount of water, add salt, flour and mashed dry herbs. Mix everything well so that there are no lumps. The consistency of the dough should resemble thick sour cream.
