I prepared wheat bread for breakfast. I used the quantities of ingredients suggested by the author. I liked the idea of ​​replacing sugar with honey in the recipe, the aroma of which is slightly noticeable in the finished product. I divided it into 8 equal parts and wrapped each separately in a small roll. After proofing, I brushed the bread with milk. Next time I’ll add slices of pear or jam apples to the middle.
