    How to make a warm salad with tomatoes? Prepare your food. Take any salad - lettuce, iceberg, friese, a ready-made mixture of leaves. Choose dense tomatoes so that they do not boil over when frying. The best cheese is Parmesan or any other hard, flavorful cheese.

    Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut them into small slices. But not too thin - these will “melt” in the pan. Peel the garlic and cut into slices.

    Heat a frying pan over medium heat, pour olive oil (or any vegetable oil for frying) into it. Throw in the garlic, add Provençal herbs. Warm everything together for a minute. The garlic and herbs will give off their aromas to the oil.

    Place the tomatoes in the pan. Fry them for a few minutes over high heat, turning them carefully with a fork.

    Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them. Take a flat dish and use your hands to tear the salad onto it. Do this with your hands—from contact with a knife, lettuce leaves oxidize and quickly lose their appetizing appearance.

    Place fried tomato slices on top of the leaves. Pour the pan juices over them. Place olives between the tomatoes (you can cut them into rings). Salt and pepper the salad to taste. Grate the cheese on top using a fine grater.

I prepared a warm salad with tomatoes for a festive family dinner, I chose it because it is quick and easy to prepare, and looks elegant 😉 I fried the tomatoes in regular vegetable oil, together with herbs and garlic they acquired an appetizing smell.
