Thanks for the recipe, but it’s not entirely clear how many cake layers? how many layers? This is not an idle question: I want to understand how many layers are fried well. Is a tablespoon of frying oil not enough? The batter absorbs a lot of oil. The photo of the finished dish is proof of this. The calorie content will ultimately be completely different.
