Margo, yes, at your discretion. Personally, I use more lettuce compared to the rest of the ingredients and 2 medium cucumbers. This is a serving for two people.

Mmm, how great. It turned out very tasty, and most importantly, it costs a minimum and is very healthy. Cucumbers and cheese go very well. Now I will make it every day for dinner. Thank you for such delicious recipes)

The salad is just superb. I usually add tomatoes, olives and spices there, it turns out “Greek” - the most delicious salad in the world) let’s try your recipe - a storehouse of vitamins. and due to the amazingly tender feta, it is also very tasty. But I would exclude cucumbers - the combination with cheese is not pleasant... cheese goes well with tomatoes, although everyone has their own taste) thanks for the recipe)

Truly a vitamin-packed salad, and a dietary one at that. I tried it in different variations: with Feta cheese, low-fat cottage cheese, and even blue cheese. Don't worry about the fact that the author didn't specify a specific quantity. I always made it at my own discretion, and it always turned out very tasty! Don't be afraid to experiment! Thanks to the author for the recipe! :)

What a simple and at the same time great salad! This is just a storehouse of vitamins. And you will please yourself, as they say, and you will not harm the family budget. I also tried it with cheese and cottage cheese. The family was delighted every time. It seems like you change one ingredient, but the taste is completely different. But I would also add parsley to this salad. It turns out delicious too.
