A very interesting name for cheesecakes and they look so beautiful. I decided to make Viennese cheesecakes with topfengolatschen cottage cheese. I made the dough and prepared the filling. Very interesting formation of cheesecakes. Strictly following the instructions, I wrapped the envelopes with the filling and put the raisin on top. I brushed the envelopes with egg and baked them for about 20 minutes. They didn’t brown too much, but I didn’t want to overcook them. Sprinkle the cooled Hungarian cheesecakes with powdered sugar. It's not only beautiful, but also delicious!!!!! Gorgeous dough with a delicious cottage cheese filling. And the highlight itself looks like a bead on an envelope. Everyone in my household really enjoyed the baked goods. Great recipe! Highly recommend! Thanks to the author!

What beauties!!! But my hands (or rather my head) still haven’t gotten around to mastering the dough... And the cheesecakes, well, are just wanted for the holiday table. THANK YOU!!!

Tanya, thank you. But it’s not at all difficult to do. and plus it’s also fast))) I myself don’t really like fiddling with complex baked goods
