STEP 1
How to make vermicelli with minced meat in a frying pan? Prepare your food. Take any vermicelli, I have a cobweb. The main thing is that it is made from durum wheat - such pasta tastes better and does not boil into porridge. Read more about the intricacies of choosing pasta in a separate article, link at the end of the recipe. Any minced meat will do, I used homemade pork. You can take a ready-made one.
STEP 2
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
STEP 3
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, pour vegetable oil into it for frying. Place the onion, fry it for a couple of minutes, stirring, until soft. Then add minced meat to the pan. At the same time, put a saucepan on the fire to cook the noodles.
STEP 4
Turn down the heat. Fry the mince, breaking up any lumps, for about 5 minutes, until the color changes from pink to gray. Then salt and pepper it, stir. Add tomato paste to the minced meat. Instead, you can use any tomato sauce or fresh chopped tomatoes without skin. Pour in about half a glass of water.
STEP 5
Stir and simmer the minced meat under the lid over low heat for about 10 minutes. If the water boils away, add more. Adjust the thickness of the meat sauce to your taste. Meanwhile, the water in the saucepan will boil. Salt it and add vermicelli. Cook it according to the time indicated on the package, even a minute less - then the vermicelli will not boil and stick together.
STEP 6
Place the finished vermicelli in a colander. Add it to the meat sauce and stir. Cover the pan with a lid and keep the dish on low heat for a couple of minutes so that the vermicelli warms up but does not soften.
