    How to make vermicelli with minced meat in a frying pan? Prepare your food. Take any vermicelli, I have a cobweb. The main thing is that it is made from durum wheat - such pasta tastes better and does not boil into porridge.     Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.

    Heat a frying pan over medium heat, pour vegetable oil into it for frying. Place the onion, fry it for a couple of minutes, stirring, until soft. Then add minced meat to the pan. At the same time, put a saucepan on the fire to cook the noodles.

    Turn down the heat. Fry the mince, breaking up any lumps, for about 5 minutes, until the color changes from pink to gray. Then salt and pepper it, stir. Add tomato paste to the minced meat. Instead, you can use any tomato sauce or fresh chopped tomatoes without skin. Pour in about half a glass of water.

    Stir and simmer the minced meat under the lid over low heat for about 10 minutes. If the water boils away, add more. Adjust the thickness of the meat sauce to your taste. Meanwhile, the water in the saucepan will boil. Salt it and add vermicelli. Cook it according to the time indicated on the package, even a minute less - then the vermicelli will not boil and stick together.

    Place the finished vermicelli in a colander. Add it to the meat sauce and stir. Cover the pan with a lid and keep the dish on low heat for a couple of minutes so that the vermicelli warms up but does not soften.

Everyone in our family loves vermicelli with minced meat, especially children, they are ready to eat this dish at least three times a day) And preparing it is very simple and quick. Especially if the minced meat is pre-twisted. I fried the minced meat with onions and added a little black pepper from the grinder for flavor. But I took one spoonful of tomato paste; my children don’t really like it in combination with noodles. For pasta, I had spaghetti, I broke it into pieces 5-6 cm long. This dish is just a lifesaver for me! It turned out very tasty and satisfying. The combination of vermicelli and tender, aromatic fried meat looks appetizing and is eaten instantly. I wanted to cook something quick and not boring for dinner. I found a recipe for vermicelli with minced meat on the website, just what I needed! I didn’t have onions, but I used carrots. I grated the carrots and fried them in vegetable oil until soft. Added minced meat and fried until gray. I boiled the vermicelli until half cooked. I added tomato paste and a little sugar to the minced meat with carrots to remove the sourness. Pour in water, add salt and pepper to taste. I drained the water from the vermicelli and added it to the minced meat. I mixed everything, simmered for a couple more minutes and turned off the heat.
