STEP 1

Take fresh cauliflower and a small head of broccoli. Wash the cabbage in cold water, separate it from the head and divide it into inflorescences.
STEP 2

If you have a slow cooker - beauty. Place the cabbage florets in a steaming bowl. Cook for 5-10 minutes. The cabbage should become slightly soft, but do not bring it to full readiness. If you don’t have a slow cooker, you will have to resort to the proven steaming method - pan, water, colander, lid :)
STEP 3

At this time, calmly grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 4

After the allotted time for steaming the cabbage has passed, drain the water from the multicooker bowl, cover the bottom with foil and place the half-cooked cabbage there.
STEP 5

Lightly salt the whole thing and put small pieces of butter on top or sprinkle with olive oil. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.
STEP 6

Place in the oven or multicooker (baking mode) for 3-5 minutes. We take it out, place it on a plate together with the foil and serve! The cabbage is instantly eaten and the question arises about the addition :) If you wish, you can add carrots, peas or other ingredients to the recipe according to your wishes. Bon appetit!
