Gathering around the stove with my grandmother, I inhaled magical aromas that I remembered for the rest of my life. Each dish became not just food, but a symbol of our family love. Growing up among the diversity of cuisines around the world, I dove into the mysteries of oriental spices and Italian pasta. My goal is to show that cooking can be simple and accessible to everyone.
