I have long noticed such a simple and easy recipe for myself and decided to make cauliflower casserole. It’s easy to prepare, the only caveat is that initially it needs to be boiled until cooked, because in the oven it will only become golden brown. For greens I added green onions and dried dill. It turned out delicious. Cabbage is tender in taste and aromatic. Thanks for the recipe!

Today is the anniversary, the 10th time I have prepared cauliflower casserole using this recipe. The recipe is just a find! So simple, so delicious. I would call it “Tenderness”. Cabbage just melts in your mouth, you can eat it with your gums. It turns out so tender. But I don’t boil cabbage for 7 minutes, it’s too much for me. I put the frozen cabbage in boiling water, and after boiling, I cook it for just a minute. It then cooks perfectly in the oven. It turns out to be both a side dish and a full dish, whatever you want. Stunning golden brown crust and juicy, tender cabbage. Cauliflower itself is low-calorie, and this dish gives you a feeling of absolute satiety. The recipe has settled in our family forever, even my husband, a lover of fried, spicy “noodles,” said: “It’s delicious!” Many thanks to the author Natalya Tsibulskaya! P.S. I usually cook this casserole in a pan with a diameter of 20 centimeters, it turns out much higher, but today this pan was occupied by another dish and the casserole was being prepared in a silicone mold with a diameter of 28 centimeters. That’s why it turned out so short, but the diameter of the mold does not affect the taste in any way.

I really like cooking cauliflower. It's always satisfying, tasty and healthy. My husband doesn’t eat all vegetable dishes, but with cauliflower he eats everything! The casserole recipe came in handy - the refrigerator had all the necessary ingredients. Baked in portioned pots. It turned out amazing! I boiled the cabbage for longer than 7 minutes, we just love it when it’s not crunchy. 40 minutes in the oven, as per recipe - dinner was a success!!

Yes Yes. I had a large forkful of cauliflower. That's why today all my photo reports are about her))) Casserole is my favorite dish for breakfast.
