Instead of potatoes, you can use young zucchini; they, like potatoes, give the soup volume, but at the same time contain few calories. Wash the zucchini and cut into cubes. Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Peel the onions. Add celery stalks to the ingredients. This vegetable is the basis of many dietary dishes. In addition, celery is rich in vitamins, minerals, nutrients, essential oils, normalizes the functioning of the digestive system and has a general strengthening effect on the body. Cut the onion and celery into cubes.
STEP 4

Wash the bell pepper, cut it into two parts, cut out the seed capsule, cut the pulp into strips or cubes. Wash the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them, remove the skin, finely chop the pulp with a knife.

We clean the white cabbage from the outer leaves and chop it into thin strips. The broth in which the vegetable soup is cooked also affects the weight loss process. For example, mushroom broth contains only 5 kcal per 100 ml, and pork broth contains 40 kcal.

But you don’t always have to limit yourself to vegetable broths; you can prepare vegetable soup with meat broth, cooked from diet chicken breast or turkey, which will have only 15 kcal, while vegetable broth has 13 kcal per 100 ml. Place cooked carrots, zucchini, onions, celery, and bell peppers in a saucepan with broth and put on fire.
STEP 8

After five 10 minutes, add tomatoes and white cabbage. We add cabbage last, it should be a little crunchy in the finished dish, which also has a good effect on intestinal function, the body will take longer to digest the fiber contained in cabbage, and the feeling of fullness will last longer.
STEP 9

Cook over low heat for about 15 more minutes. Skim off the foam that forms on the surface of the soup. Add a little salt, ground black pepper or other spices to taste. You don’t need to add a lot of salt, as it can retain water in the body, which, in turn, prevents burning calories and losing weight. And such hot spices as red and black pepper improve metabolism and, therefore, promote weight loss.
