The soup according to this recipe came out very light and rich, with an abundance of tasty and healthy vegetables! For myself, I called it “Vitamin”, and prepared it using the PP vegetable soup recipe for weight loss as a basis. Instead of turkey, I took two chicken wings and immediately set them to cook. I grated carrots for the soup, chopped cabbage, onion, tomato, bell pepper and zucchini (I had the peppers and zucchini frozen). Replaced celery with parsley. I put a few potatoes into the soup. I added vegetables to the pan with the chicken, which had been on the fire for 10-15 minutes at that time. Cooked the soup for about 30 minutes, adding salt at the end. It came out very colorful, as if summer was peeking through the window. The vegetables in the soup are soft and delicious! We ate the soup with pleasure! Spring is coming very soon. And what could be better than a light soup on the eve of the dressing season. I tried to follow the recipe for Vegetable Soup for Weight Loss exactly)) but the presence of Indian leg and cauliflower in the house made some adjustments. The broth was not as light as the author’s, but I love turkey leg broth, it’s very tasty. I replaced the white cabbage with the colored one and added hot pepper. How delicious it turned out. I think you can change the vegetables in this soup to suit your taste. My definite 5 stars for this recipe.
