Cut two kilograms of tomatoes into arbitrary pieces and, together with one chili pepper, grind them in a meat grinder into a large bowl.

Cut one kilogram of bell pepper into half rings and place in a bowl.
STEP 4

Pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of vegetable oil into a large enamel basin and place it on the stove.

Place one kilogram of onion, cut into half rings, into a basin and fry constantly over high heat on the stove, stirring constantly.
STEP 6

Grate one kilogram of carrots on a coarse grater.
STEP 7

Place the tomatoes minced through a meat grinder from the bowl into a basin.
STEP 8

Pour two tablespoons of coarse salt into a basin.
STEP 9

Pour one hundred and twenty grams of sugar into a basin.

Place grated carrots in a bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.

Place one hundred and fifty grams of tomato paste in a bowl, then mix all the ingredients and boil the salad for another five minutes.

Place the prepared salad while hot in sterile jars to the very top.
STEP 18

Close the jars tightly with sterile lids, then cover them with a warm blanket or blanket until they cool completely.
