Vegetable salad from zucchini with tomatoes and onions

Very tasty and colorful homemade preserves. Zucchini always grew very well in our garden and could be eaten until January. But zucchini is a rather delicate vegetable, so storing it in a city apartment is not so easy. But my grandmother usually prepared zucchini salad for the winter, which would be a great side dish for various foods. I recommend you this recipe, proven over the years, according to which I myself make preparations for the winter.

A very interesting salad. I really love zucchini and don’t know how to preserve them for the winter, except what I can do. I cut them into cubes and put them in the freezer, and then take them out and fry them. It turns out very tasty. as if fresh, just from the garden. But now, I will also make salads. I hope it will be just as tasty and healthy. Thanks for the recipe.

Now autumn has already arrived, and as usual, you need to think something about winter, because you always want to pamper yourself with something delicious... I came across your salad for the winter, so colorful and beautiful, and also delicious. It doesn’t take much time to prepare, I always make it like this. The recipe says garlic is optional, but without garlic it’s not the same, the taste certainly depends on it and gives the salad a zest. Thanks to the author for the recipe!
