Vegetable pasta with minced meat and parmesan

STEP 1

To prepare the pasta, we select the products we need, add grated carrots to the minced meat and peel the tomatoes, placing them in boiling water for two minutes.
STEP 2

Turn on the stove and put a pot of water and a frying pan with olive oil added to it on the fire. Chop half of the onion, but not too finely.
STEP 3

Place the chopped onion in a heated frying pan and lightly fry it, stirring occasionally.
STEP 4

Roughly chop the bell pepper into small cubes.
STEP 5

Add chopped bell pepper to the pan.
STEP 6

Simmer the pepper, mixing it well with the onion.
STEP 7

Finely chop the dill.
STEP 8

Finely chop the garlic cloves and tomato into small pieces.
STEP 9

Place the chopped vegetables in the pan.
STEP 10

Mix all the vegetables well in the pan and continue to simmer them.
STEP 11

Add a little salt to taste to the boiling water and gradually place the spaghetti in the pan, stirring it during cooking so that it does not stick together.

Grate Parmesan cheese on a fine grater and place the vegetables from the pan into a separate suitable container.

Add a little olive oil to the pan and add the ground turkey to fry.
STEP 14

Fry the minced meat in a frying pan for 10 minutes, add sea salt and black pepper to taste and then add the stewed vegetables with tomato paste.
STEP 15

Mix all the ingredients well in the pan and simmer for another 10 minutes.
STEP 16

Place spaghetti on a plate, which has been boiled for 10 minutes, add stewed vegetables with minced meat, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and serve for dinner.
